Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a small, service based business, cancellations and no-shows directly impact my schedule and livelihood. To honor both your time and mine, the following policy applies to all appointments: Cancellations & Reschedules • Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a 25% fee. No-Show Policy • Clients who no-show may be required to pay a non-refundable retainer to book future appointments. Late Arrivals • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted to fit the remaining time. • If we are unable to complete your service, it will be considered a same day cancellation and charged accordingly. Illness & Emergencies Life happens, and I completely understand. Please contact me as soon as possible if you are ill or experiencing an emergency. I may waive fees at my discretion.
